The Federation was founded with the following goals: to hold the safety of individuals who work in the aircraft maintenance sector in high esteem, encourage safe workplace practices, and acknowledge that safety is the cornerstone of the industry.
To provide a national platform for Canadian AME Associations, focusing on promoting the sort of expertise that defines Aircraft Maintenance Professional jobs.
To establish a national entity through which the perspectives and goals of aircraft maintenance engineers, technicians, Amos, and others may be represented. Other concerns, policy matters, and other aspects of the aviation business that influence or may affect the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and all members in the aircraft maintenance professions will be addressed by the Association.
